Based 0n The Terms & Conditions of JAFF MARKET, The Following Refund Policy Applies:

  1. No Refunds Allowed
    • Purchased booths/accreditations/daily passes cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
    • The organizer is not responsible for the negligence of the purchaser that results in the booth/accreditation/daily pass falling into the hands of others.
    • Visitors or participants who cannot show the official JAFF MARKET badge are not entitled to enter the JAFF MARKET area.
  2. Exceptions
    Refunds may be considered in certain cases, such as:
    • The event is canceled by the organizer.
    • Technical errors in the ticket purchasing system result in double or incomplete purchases.
    • The booth/accreditation/daily pass received by the buyer is incorrect.
