- Open your web browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or other)
- Enter the website URL, https://member.jaff-market.com/, into the address bar and press Enter.
- Click the Create Account to access the user registration page.
Follow these steps on the "Create an Account" page. If you already have an account, click the Sign In link.
- Select your Title (e.g., Mr., Ms., Mrs.) from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your full Name in the provided field.
- Enter your active Email Address.
- Create a secure Password for your account.
- Enter your password again in the Password confirmation field to verify.
- Pro-Tip: You can click the eye icon to check if both passwords match.
- Select your account's default currency by clicking either Indonesian (IDR) or International (USD).
- Click the yellow Create Account button to finish.
- After clicking "Create Account," you will see a page confirming that a verification email has been sent.
- Check the inbox of the email address you registered.
- Important: If you don't see the email in your primary inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Open the email from JAFF Market and click on the verification link inside to activate your account.
- If you did not receive the email, you can return to the verification page and click the Resend link.
- If you still did not receive the email after click the Resend button, then please contact the Admin
- After verification, you will be directed to the product Category page.
- Choose your desired product category: Exhibitor
- Review Exhibitor Information: At the top of the page, you will find general information and the benefits of becoming an exhibitor.
- Choose Your Booth Category: Refer to the Pricing Table to compare booth categories based on size, price, and included benefits. Take advantage of the Pre-Sale or Early Bird pricing periods for the best rates.
- Select Your Booth Location: Scroll down to the Venue Layout section. Click the + icon on your desired booth category to view the floor plan. Select an available booth (in white) by clicking on its number.
- If you want to use a booth voucher, then enter the voucher in the Redeem Code field and then click the “Check” button to purchase the product using the voucher.
- Note: user cannot choose the product variant after entering the voucher.
- If you don't want to use a voucher, then click the Complete Form button corresponding to your selection.
On this page, you will complete your registration in three parts. Click Next to move between sections.
A. Fill in Personal Information
- Confirm your Title, Name, and Email are correct.
- Fill in your Address, primary Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
- Click the upload icon to add your Photo (formats: jpg, jpeg, png, heic, heif).
- Select your Correspondences Language and enter your Job Title.
- Enable the Disabled Person toggle if you require special assistance.
- Click Next to continue.
- This form is used to collect your company's information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Company Name, Details & Address*: Fill in your company's name, address, and a brief description. Ensure the description is in English.
- Upload Company Logo*: Upload your company logo (formats: .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .heic).
- Email & Mobile Number*: Enter your official email and phone number (format: +countrycode followed by the number, e.g., +62 8123...).
- Website*: Provide links to your official company website.
- Social Media*: Provide social media username to your official company social media profiles.
- Main Job Sector & Field of Profession*: Select the main sector from the dropdown menu and check one or more boxes for your field of profession.
- Accommodation: Toggle this on if you need assistance with accommodation
- When finished, click "Next" to continue or "Back" to return to the previous page.
- Only the owner or creator can edit: Company details can only be modified or edited by the user who originally registered the company or a user designated as the owner.
- Other user access: Other users associated with the same company do not have permission to change the core company data.
- On the final Checkout screen, review your order summary on the left.
- On the right, choose your preferred payment method from the Payment Channels list.
- Note: The available options depend on the currency (IDR/USD) you selected during sign-up.
- Click the Checkout button to be redirected to the payment gateway and finalize your purchase.
