- Any bank charges, card fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, or other transaction-related charges imposed by a third party are the participant’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Proof of payment does not by itself grant access to JAFF Market. Access is subject to successful registration verification and the issuance of an official Accreditation badge, Day Pass wristband, or other access credential.
Accreditation Badge and Day Pass Wristband
- Accreditation Badges, Day Pass Wristbands, and other official access credentials are issued solely for use by the registered participant.
- Access credentials may not be transferred, resold, duplicated, reproduced, shared, or used by another person without the Organizer’s prior written approval.

- The Organizer is not responsible for the unauthorized use of an Accreditation Badge, QR code, Day Pass Wristband, or other access credential resulting from a participant’s negligence.
- Each registration category provides different access rights. Participants may only enter the areas and attend the programs included in their registration category.
- A Day Pass provides limited access to designated areas on the date stated on the pass. It does not include access to industry programs, meetings, screenings, databases, or other accreditation-only activities unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Access to certain sessions, screenings, meetings, lounges, or activities may be subject to capacity, advance booking, invitation, or additional eligibility requirements.

- An Exhibitor Booth purchase provides the purchasing organization with the right to use the allocated booth space during JAFF Market, subject to the applicable Exhibitor Guide, Booth Design and Rules, operational deadlines, and venue regulations.
- Booth allocation, location, size, facilities, and included benefits are determined by the purchased package and the Organizer’s final confirmation.
- Exhibitors may not assign, share, sublet, or resell their booth space to another party without the Organizer’s prior written approval.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their booth personnel, equipment, materials, activities, installation, operation, safety, and compliance with the Organizer’s technical and venue requirements.
- The Organizer may require exhibitors to remove any material, activity, equipment, or display considered unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with JAFF Market’s standards.

- Program schedules, speakers, projects, exhibitors, and other announced participants remain subject to change. Unless otherwise provided under the Refund Policy, such changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund.
- Purchasing an Accreditation, Day Pass, or Exhibitor Booth does not guarantee admission to activities with limited capacity or activities requiring a separate booking or invitation.
