1.The organizer is not responsible for the negligence in purchasing booths/accreditations/daily passes that result in the purchased market badge or booth falling into the hands of others and being used as an entry ticket to the JAFF MARKET area, thereby removing the buyer’s right to enter the venue.

2.The organizer reserves the right to prohibit visitors from entering the JAFF MARKET area if visitors or participants cannot show the market badge issued by JAFF MARKET through the organizer’s official platform.

3.To enter the JAFF MARKET area, visitors must show a market badge. If unable to show one, entry to the JAFF MARKET area is not permitted.

4.Purchased booth/accreditation/daily pass cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.

5.For payment methods with Virtual Account & Cards, the limit is 1×24 hours, while for QRIS it is 30 minutes (applies to booth / accreditation / daily pass purchases).

6.Children aged 5 (five) years and above are required to pay an entrance fee and must be accompanied by a parent or adult.

7.The organizer reserves the right to change or add terms and conditions without prior notice.

8.By purchasing a booth/accreditation/daily pass at JAFF MARKET, you agree to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
