User Guide Exhibitor


Welcome to the JAFF Market website! This guide will help you register as an Exhibitor with easy steps. Follow the steps below to get started.

 

Step 1: Access the Site

  1. Open your web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or others.
  2. Enter our website URL, https://jaff-market.com in the address bar and search.

 

Step 2: Access the Registration Page

  1. Select the Registration menu (on mobile, it is located in the navigation bar () )
  2. Select the Exhibitor menu.
  3. Scroll down until you find the red “Get Exhibitor” button.

 

Step 3: Fill Out the Registration Form

There are 4 sections to be filled out: personal information, contact information, additional information, and company.

  1. Personal Information
    1. First Name: Enter your first name as it appears on your identification card.
    2. Last Name: Enter your last name as it appears on your identification card.
    3. Title: Select the appropriate title according to your status or preference. For example, “Mr.”
    4. Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
    5. Address: Enter your complete address.
  2. Contact Information
    1. Mobile Number 1: Enter your primary mobile phone number.
    2. Mobile Number 2: Enter your secondary mobile phone number (if any).
    3. Correspondence Email Address: Enter the email address for correspondence.
    4. Correspondence Language: Select the correspondence language, for example, “English”.
  3. Additional Information
    1. Disabled Person: Check this box if you are a person with disabilities.
  4. Company
    1. If your company is already registered in the JAFF Market system, select your company directly.
    2. If it is not registered, fill out the data by selecting “other” and complete the following information by entering your company’s name and details.
  5. Booth 
    1. You can access Booth Info to find out the layout details and booth specifications. 
    2. Choose a booth that matches the specifications you need. 
    3. Please choose your preferred booth location.
  6. Accommodation 
    1. Select the Accommodation field if you need assistance booking a hotel and other accommodations. The JAFF Market committee will help book hotels and arrange the schedule for accredited participants.

 

Step 4: Submit and Payment 

  1. Click Submit once you have completed all the registration fields. 
  2. Wait a moment, we will send a confirmation email and a payment link via email (Payment must be made within 30 minutes or 24 hours after the order is placed, depending on the specific terms of the order)
  3. After completing the payment, you will receive an account to access the dashboard on the website https://jaff-market.com/.
  4. You will receive one account to access the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Done! You have successfully registered as an Exhibitor on the JAFF Market site. Please log in using the account you received via email.
