- Purchased booths/accreditations/daily passes cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- The organizer is not responsible for the negligence of the purchaser that results in the booth/accreditation/daily pass falling into the hands of others.
- Visitors or participants who cannot show the official JAFF MARKET badge are not entitled to enter the JAFF MARKET area.
- Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in certain cases, such as:- The event is canceled by the organizer.
- Technical errors in the ticket purchasing system result in double or incomplete purchases.
- The booth/accreditation/daily pass received by the buyer is incorrect.
